Our practice welcomes new patients. You will find some information about our New Patient process here.

Your first visit to our office usually lasts about an hour and a half, but may take up to two hours depending on the condition of your oral health. We can break up the first appointment into two visits to fit your schedule, in which case, the cleaning portion takes place during the second visit.

During your first visit, your hygienist will take any necessary x-rays and perform assessments to determine your oral health status. Then the dentist, Dr. Skvorak or Dr. John, will perform a comprehensive exam and discuss any findings with you. Lastly, your hygienist will perform the appropriate type of cleaning based on their findings from the assessments.

If you have current x-rays from another dental office, we are able to have them transferred, once you have filled out a release form and returned it to us.
